Q: "Open passwords.." What is this option? How it really works?
A:This function allows you to see passwords hidden by asterisks in any almost Windows program. First of all, open this dialog. Now go to the program that have hidden password. Now move mouse cursor over field with asterisks for several seconds. Asterisks will be replaced with real password in this field. To see how this function works you can also use sample field in function's dialog: word "password" will appear instead of asterisks.

Please note, that this function is in experimental mode and may not work with some applications.

Q: Is BlowFish algorithm is strong enough? Could it be broken?
A: Blowfish is a trusted algorithm with a key length of up to 448 bits and has no known weaknesses, it hasn't broken since it was invited. For more information about BlowFish algorithm please click here.

Q: I try to copy and paste a password, but program pastes only one character into the form. What's wrong?
A: It is because of option "Clear clipboard when minimize in tray". When this option is checked Passworder clear clipboard before minimizing. Un-check this option to avoid this problem.

Q: I've enter my login and password, but program tells me that password is incorrect. What's up?
A: Remember, that password is case-sensitive: so "Password" and "password" is different words. Check CapsLock key and try to login once again.

Q: I've lost my password! Could you help me?
A: No. Our program has no "back-doors", so we couldn't recover your information without password. Sorry.

Questions about registration

Q: I am registered user, but I've lost my registration key-file. Could you send me new one?
A: No problem, just send us email and we'll send it to you.

Q: I am owner of Standard Edition registration. What should I do to upgrade it to Deluxe Edition?
A: Just contact us and we'll send you link to upgrade form.
